Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Orders ship from US warehouses and typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at caremindcontactus@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
