Day 3 — Write the landing page before the product.

If you can't sell it in one page, you can't build it in eleven days. This morning you write the landing page for the finished product — headline, three outcomes, price. Use template 03-landing-draft.md; it takes about 40 minutes.

The rule: every claim on that page becomes a build requirement. Anything you wrote that you can't ship by day 14, delete from the page — or delete from the plan. By noon you have the only spec that matters: the one a stranger would pay for.

Buy it if. Skip it if.

Built for you if

  • You have a product idea and two weeks of part-time hours
  • You want steps and templates, not motivation
  • You'd rather launch small than plan big

Skip it if

  • You're launching a funded, multi-team product — this is a solo/small-team system
  • You want strategy reading — this is a checklist, deliberately
  • You already have a launch process that works
