Capture it whenever someone pushes back on a proposal, even mildly, even if they ultimately don't press it: who pushed back, on what specifically, and what alternative or concern they raised — in their terms, not softened into "there was some discussion."
If the person who raised the objection didn't actually concede the point — they just stopped arguing because the meeting moved on — say that explicitly. "Overruled, objection not conceded" is a materially different record than "raised and resolved," and collapsing the two is exactly how teams end up re-litigating things.
